How to make a Liver type spread

I've tried to search for a receipe for making a lambs liver spread for toast, but as yet have found nothing. Rather like a pate, but something more simple to make. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make such a spread please?

I've started a big pot of okra cooking to make some gumbo. Earlier today I roasted a bunch of flour in the oven until it almost looks like cocoa. The Problem with My Town's Storefront Advertising! I've mentioned this once or twice before. My town doesn't allow outward facing storefront signs. Even the strolling public can't get a glimpse of what they're walking past unless it's plastered in paint on the storefront windows.
