Hi, I've posted here before, and while some of you guys have labeled me a troll or whatnot, I still would appreciate some info.
I have really been stuck at a plateu for bench, squat, and mass. About 12 months ago I had really low bodyfat, and weighed at about 155. I'm 20 years old and 6'2" (I was 6'0") at the time. I am almost positive that my growing has stopped though, which is why I considering steroids only now. But anyway, I am currently at 178 pounds and about 8% bodyfat. I have been stuck at 215 for benchpress and have never gone over 350 for squats. I never took deadlifts that seriously but have been doing them the last two weeks after reading the MFW FAQ. I can only dead lift 170 pounds right now, but this amount seems to be increasing relatively fast.
Anyway, my goal is be able to bench press 350 pounds (I really want to beat my brother's college level of 315), and to get to a body weight of about 200-210 pounds while maintaining a bodyfat below 10%. I realize that this is possible without steroids, but I want to speed things up as quickly as I can. My friends have done cycles before in the past and they've gotten huge in a dramatically short time.
I've been looking on the internet and over past messages about steroid cycles, and there's so much more to it than I have realized. The steroids my friends took was Sustanon, and they would typically take one injection per week. However they had done steroids in the past (age's 16, 17, so forth) and I have not. They never stacked steroids with anything, and would always do a two week program followed by a 1 week off cycle.
I would like to get some opinions as to what a good 8 week program would be for a steroid beginner (followed by probably a 2 week off period). I know what I'm getting into in terms of the risks, side effects, cost, psychological addictiveness, and other risks but go ahead and tell me I'm too young and whatnot if you want. I also think that I have my workout program, and diet at top notch, hence the reason I want to start this cycle.
My current rough draft plan of this cycle is follows
I'm also thinking of adding Clomid 25mg / day for the final two weeks. Also, could I add in Deca somewhere in the cycle? Do any of you think is way too much for someone whose never done steroids before? Should I just stick with Sustanon for an 8 week period? Thanks for input and let me just add that I'm adament at beginning atleast some steroid cycle beginning in the next 2 weeks.

PS in a last thread, there was talk about how swimmers have higher bodyfat than runners possibly due to buoyancy. I was talking to one of my swimmer friends about this, and she commented that the high bodyfat is because bodyfat analysis on swimmers is incredibly inaccurate, and that they infact have lower bodyfat than runners. The reason the bodyfat analysis is inaccurate is that because of swimming, your body develops an immunity to the cold water and moves all of its bodyfat to the surface area on top of the muscles (thus the higher bf analysis?) . She's an exercise science major though, so, what would she know I guess. Just thought this was interesting for those who wanted to know.
dont ever take steroids, there are reasons why its illegal...it makes your dick smaller anyways. why do you want to get that big anyways? women dont find that attractive. just try harder, the natural way. try creatine.

actually it will make your dick bigger and your balls smaller...... dont be suprised if your nuts stop making testosterone though after u stop taking steroids. even 1 cycle or whatever with that much testosterone you're going to roid rage too. my friend took steroids he turned into a freak im talking screaming at people and shit. plus u will have to beat off 10x a day. haha it really does take over your life though and its not worth it just to get big.

What are you talking about?! Taking steroids DOES NOT make your dick smaller... It makes your testicles temporarily smaller because your body's natural hormones and temporarily surpressed. Where in the would did you get your information from?

It is definately your choice to take steroids... I personally don't recommend it. My suggestion to you is to refine your training methods before you take steroids into consideration. First, if you body has stopped making gains in size and the poundages you handle. Then it probably means you are overtrained.

Not that I care about steroid use, but given your earlier comments on training, I suggest you fix your training program before adding anything supplemental.

Well, first of all I'm going to clear some things up that previous posters have mentioned. Not to say that these people are completely incorrect, but they are obviously drawing from "friend or a friend" knowledge and not research or personal experience.
Now, I know this is not the correct forum for this type of advice, and I'll keep away from specific advice. You can find that yourself on the internet at various other forums. A good one to look at would be www.elitefitness.com.

This is true, your testosterone production will be seriously affected and your estrogen levels may increase. This is easily combated by substances like Clomid or Nolvadex at the end of your cycle, or in extreme cases where you have totally shut down, a doctor will give you a shot (HcG, I think).
> even 1 cycle or whatever with that much testosterone you're going > to roid rage too.
Oh yeah? So it's a proven side effect for every user, eh? Granted, it's a risk. It's especially a risk if you've got high-stress levels, little sleep, etc etc. BUT it is NOT a definate thing.
> my friend took steroids he turned into a freak im talking > screaming at people and shit.
Your friend couldn't handle it, and was probably inexperienced/uneducated. And I bet he didn't stop when he noticed he couldn't handle it, did he?
> > dont ever take steroids, there are reasons why its illegal...
It's illegal because people don't do their homework and they DIE from overuse.
Ok, now I'm going to respond to your post directly and try and help you as much as I can.

Why? You squat 350, which is great. Your bench is decent (it's 30 lbs. more than your bodyweight) for someone of your size. And, you just started doing deadlifts! Guaranteed, when you build up your deadlifts your bench is going to go up as well.
> My friends have done cycles before in the past and they've gotten > huge in a dramatically short time.
Is this the only reason you want to do this? Look, bud, let me let you in on a little secret - unless you've truly plateaued on all of your lifts, you're going to be wasting your money. Steroids shouldn't be used to "get huge fast" - massive bulking diets and the proper training routines will do that. Besides, there is no such thing as "fast". Even the most dramatic cycle won't give you the gains you seek on a permanent basis.
> I've been looking on the internet and over past messages about steroid > cycles, and there's so much more to it than I have realized.
Then you haven't finished doing your homework.
> However they had done steroids in the past (age's 16, 17, so > forth) and I have not. They never stacked steroids with anything, and > would always do a two week program followed by a 1 week off cycle.
These three statements are DUMB. The shouldn't have done anything like that until they stopped growing, which is NOT at 16. The SHOULD have stacked their steroids either with other steroids, anti-estrogens, anti-progesterones or all three. And the cycle you suggest is just plain retarded. 2 weeks on/1 week off? DO NOT TAKE ADVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE ANYMORE, EVEN IF THEY ARE YOUR FRIENDS. Granted, they may have gotten big and such, but they obviously have no clue and are candidates for serious side effects.
> I would like to get some opinions as to what a good 8 week program would > be for a steroid beginner (followed by probably a 2 week off period).
A two week off period? Are you serious?
> I know what I'm getting into in terms of the risks, side effects, cost, > psychological addictiveness, and other risks but go ahead and tell me > I'm too young and whatnot if you want.
No, you don't know the risks, and no, you're not too young.
> I also think that I have my workout program, and diet at top notch, hence the > reason I want to start this cycle.
If you are stuck at 178lbs and a 215 bench, then you DON'T have your diet and training at top-notch.
[terrible cycle cut]
> Do any of you think is way too much for someone whose never done steroids > before?
Yes.
> Should I just stick with Sustanon for an 8 week period?
No. Your ass will hurt.
> Thanks for input and let me just add that I'm adament at beginning atleast > some steroid cycle beginning in the next 2 weeks.
Look, the old addage on the steroid boards is basically this: "You have all your life to do another cycle - what's another month?" I know school starts soon, and you're trying to get all big and buff for all those hot new freshmen chicks, right? Don't deny it, dammit, I've been there and I wrestled with the same issue. And you know what? I found out that I could break all my so-called "plateus" on my own, without anabolics, and I put off the serious stuff for another time, another place. I've been on both sides of the coin, and I can tell you you'll be wasting your time and money by trying this right now. When you have well thought-out questions and you are able to deadlift 100lbs. more than your bodyweight, we'll talk seriously about whether you should take the next step.
BTW, it's too bad I spent all this time typing this, because I know that you're going to ignore it and say "f*** it, I wanna be heeeeyyyuuge now". If this is truly the case, you will never meet your genetic potential.

Becuz he is an Idiot... and BTW.. Your ball will schrink only if you want to.. There is HCG to prevent it.
Your reasons for Juicing don't make sense. I don't get it. Why the need to get huge fast then lose most of it? Try eating tons and lifting HEAVY on a continuous basis. If you do this cycle then you have mentally failed! Don't give in!

Don't do the juice man. You will lose all of your gains when you go off of it and end up going back on another round. Then you get cancer at 40 and open heart suregery at 50. Plus its CHEATING. Unless you are going to make a million dollars off of it by becoming a pro body builder than don't do it!!!
By the way I was a swimmer and I think they do have more body fat than runners. The water is cold so the body protects itself and a little fat is actually a good thing in the water.

Damn, you could give Miss Cleo a run for her money.
