Had to reply..... I have 5 kids and we NEVER get the flu shot... They
are guessing! Especially the H1N1 vaccine... Dr Mercola has provided
some insight on this subject for those who really do NOT want to get

Ah! 3 year old girls twins it brings back such good memories!

You are asking me the million dollar question here.

There are no easy ways to stop your twins from fighting and squabling, my twin girls are 7 and although they are best friends, they will still erupt into a full scale battle sometimes for even the most petty reason (over toys or whos on the pc first). I have friends with older twins and they say that all twins fight, because thats just the way it is!

anyone else having trouble getting the flu shot for your kids?

Then again some people are not even getting it for their kids?

And did u know that for the nasal mist you need two doses to build up propper anti bodies? I checked with my dr office after my sister (not the dr office) told me. Only then did they admit that I needed to make an appointment for the second doses.
