I have a private blog where I can invite only certain people to read
it. A month ago, I was able to access the permissions tab under
settings. However, it suddenly kept claiming that an error had
occurred, and now I can't access the permissions tab.
The error code is: bX-5rjklg

You're getting one of the infamous bx error codes. You get them
because some kind of "glitch" or error occurred when you were trying
to do something with your blog. Don't worry though because if you
take a look at some of the past posts you will see that a lot of
people have been getting them so at least you know that you are not
alone.
Blogger.com has said that a lot of these bx error codes are temporary
so you may want to give it a few days just to see if the problem
solves itself.
However if you continue to get the error code then you can report it
to Blogger.com by clicking on "Resources" on the right side of this
page and that will take you to a link where you can report your bx
error code problem. When enough people report it then Blogger.com
will assign someone to look into it further.

This error may go away eventually. If so, don't worry about it.
