The help page says:

"Highlight the text you'd like to turn into a link. If you do not
select any text before using the link button, your link will be
created but without anything to click on.
Click the Link button (or hit control+shift+a on your keyboard):"

BUT I CAN'T FIND ANY "link button"!!! Control+shift+a does not work
EITHER!

WHAT DO I DO???!!!

The link button is the chain-like icon above the Post Editor.  If
that's not visible, try Refresh (F5) or clearing your cache and
cookies.
