Last year(?) I had lots of trouble loggining in to blogger on my
computer. At some point the problem just stopped and I could login
fine. Well, the problem came back on Saturday. I can log in on my
wife's laptop, but not my PC. I've tried it with IE and with Foxfire.
Foxfire gives me this message:
Data Transfer Interrupted
The connection to www.blogger.com was interrupted while the page was
loading.
The browser connected successfully, but the connection was interrupted
while transferring information. Please try again.
------------------------
I'm not having trouble with any other sites.
Has anything changed in the bloggersphere in the last 2 days?
Nope...especially since you can still connect using your wife's
laptop. What kind of security setup do you have on that PC, and is
blogger.com and blogspot.com on the accepted list? Other than that I'd
say something about that PC connection is intermittent.

Bonnie,
I have those on my accepted list and I can't find anything in my
security settings that has changed. The only sites I have problems
with are blogger blog sites sign in and blog comments pages.

uncle111- I am having the exact same situation as you. Can login on
one computer, but not the other. Has anyone found out anything yet?
This is very frustrating.

I followed all the instructions, and this computer still cannot login
to http://www.letstalkalias.blogspot.com/ Seems strange since I made no changes to this computer between when I
could last login and when I stopped being able to login. And this is
the only site I have trouble with. We went through this a year ago and
after spending a lot of time doing what people suggested to fix the
problem and giving up, suddenly one day I could login again.

Let me add this and see if this is a clue-
When I click sign in on that site I get a security warning:
The current Web page is trying to open a site in your Trusted sites
list. Do you want to allow this?
Current site: www.blogger.com Trusted site: www.google.com
When I click yes, I get an identical security warning, except for
this:
Current site: www.blogger.com Trusted site: www.blogger.com
Then I get:
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site
might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to
adjust your browser settings.
To attempt fixing network connectivity problems, click Tools, and then
click "Diagnose Connection Problems..."
Other options to try:
Click the Refresh button, or try again later.
If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is
spelled correctly.
To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then
click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The
settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN)
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
See if your Internet connection settings are being detected. You can
set Microsoft Windows to examine your network and automatically
discover network connection settings (if your network administrator
has enabled this setting).
Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings.
Select Automatically detect settings, and then click OK.
Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu
and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength
security you have installed.
If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security
settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet
Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check
settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link.

Well,
For some unknown reason I could get in last night, and today I can't.
Well, actually I could get into the comments page today, but I can't
sign in or post comments on the blog.
