Can I combine two blogs into one blog? I have two blogs but I don't
have times to manage both....so can I combine them? and how can I do?

If you want to do a one time static merge, you can export the
comments / posts from one blog and import to the other.  If you want
to merge the two dynamically, you can use blog feeds, links, or a few
other possibilities.
