Subject: How do I make the Header title/comment into a movable widget?
I noticed that in the already supplied templates that the templated
"Simplified" you can move the header title anywhere you want. The other templates do not have this....
I very much dislike the header title option and wish to remove it but
Is there a way I can make it movable on my page elements or delete it
