I noticed that in the already supplied templates that the templated
"Simplified" you can move the header title anywhere you want.

The other templates do not have this....

I very much dislike the header title  option and wish to remove it but
I'm not sure how.

Is there a way I can make it movable on my page elements or delete it
all together?

Same with the blog as well. How can that become a movable widget?
