This also happened while in meditation. I get the rocking motion again, but skip the something turning off or on in my head. I also skip the tunnel which was really my pupil(going through). This happen on the inner through meditation which I had been only doing for three years. First thing I noticed was a rocking motion, then something turned off or on in my mind.
