although today's rally totally suprised me...
when will be the best time to enter the markets ???

The shorts got 'squeezed', Kamlesh.

They were surprised by the bounceback too, and were forced to 'cover' their
shorts. That added to the buying frenzy. The time to buy may be when the
volatility simmers down.
